This authentic Hummel figurine titled'Little Thrifty' was first modeled in 1939 by master sculptor Arthur Moeller collectible coin banks and restyled in 1963 by Rudolf Wittman. The object into which'Little Thrifty' is putting her coin is a medieval form of a Poor Box, something still found in many older European churches.
